鲑鱼降钙素注射液对合并骨关节炎绝经后骨质疏松症患者疼痛、骨密度及膝关节功能的影响分析

Analysis of influence of salmon calcitonin injection on pain,bone mineral density and knee joint function in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients complicated with osteoarthritis

目的探讨鲑鱼降钙素注射液对合并骨关节炎绝经后骨质疏松症患者疼痛程度、骨密度、膝关节功能的影响。方法从2018年1月~2019年1月收治的合并骨关节炎绝经后骨质疏松症患者中选取90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各45例,其中对照组给予钙剂+玻璃酸钠+活性维生素D的治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上增加鲑鱼降钙素注射液治疗。对比两种治疗方案对患者疼痛程度、膝关节功能及骨密度的影响。结果两组患者治疗前其疼痛VAS评分、膝关节功能Lysholm评分以及各部分的骨密度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1年后,观察组患者的VAS评分低于对照组,膝关节功能Lysholm评分高于对照组,股骨颈、1~4腰椎、股骨粗隆的骨密度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗合并骨关节炎的绝经后骨质疏松症患者常规方案中增加鲑鱼降钙素注射液,有助于提升治疗效果,以提高对患者疼痛的缓解作用,提高患者骨密度的恢复程度和膝关节功能。

Objective To probe into the influence of salmon calcitonin injection on pain,bone mineral density and knee joint function in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients complicated with osteoarthritis.Methods 90 cases of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis complicated with osteoarthritis and who treated from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given calcium and sodium hyaluronate combined with active vitamin D,and the observation group was given salmon calcitonin injection on the basis of the control group.Then,the influence of pain degree,knee joint function and bone mineral density of two treatment methods were compared.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score of pain,Lysholm score of knee joint function and BMD of each part before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment for one year,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the Lysholm score of knee joint function was higher than that in the control group,and the BMD of femoral neck,1~4 vertebrae and femoral trochanter in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The routine treatment add salmon calcitonin injection in treatment of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis complicated with osteoarthritis which it is helpful to improve the treatment effect,improve the pain relief effect,improve the recovery degree of bone mineral density and knee joint function.
