摘要
目的研究2型糖尿病患者血清骨钙素及踝肱指数与骨质疏松的相关性。方法选取收治的184例2型糖尿病患者(T2DM)作为研究对象,根据不同骨量分为骨量正常组、骨量减少组和骨质疏松组,比较不同骨量分组间血清骨钙素及踝肱指数及临床各参数与骨质疏松发生率的差异,分析血清骨钙素(OC)及踝肱指数(ABI)与T2DM患者发生骨质疏松病变的相关性。结果骨量减少组和骨质疏松组血清骨钙素水平明显低于骨量正常组(P<0.05);骨量减少组和骨质疏松组骨钙素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。骨量减少组和骨质疏松组踝肱指数低于正常组,骨质疏松组踝肱指数低于骨量减少组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨量减少组和骨质疏松组骨质疏松率高于正常组,骨质疏松组骨质疏松率高于骨量减少组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清骨钙素与ABI检测用于糖尿病骨质疏松疾病评估、预测均具有一定作用,对加强骨质疏松骨折及糖尿病慢性并发症防治、改善预后具有重要意义。
Objective To study the correlation between serum osteocalcin and ankle brachial index and osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 184 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object,and they were divided into normal bone mass group,osteopenia group and osteoporosis according to different bone standards,then compared the difference of serum osteocalcin,ankle brachial index,clinical parameters and osteoporosis incidence between different bone mass groups,and to analyzed the serum osteocalcin(OC),ankle brachial index(ABI)and the occurrence of bone mass in T2DM Correlation of loose lesions.Results The serum osteocalcin level in osteopenia group and osteoporosis group was significantly lower than that in normal bone mass group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in osteocalcin level between osteopenia group and osteoporosis group(P>0.05).The ankle brachial index of osteopenia group and osteoporosis group was lower than that of normal group,the ankle brachial index of osteoporosis group was lower than that of osteopenia group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the osteoporosis rate of osteopenia group and osteoporosis group was higher than that of normal group,the osteoporosis rate of osteoporosis group was higher than that of osteopenia group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion The detection of serum osteocalcin and ABI has a certain role in the evaluation and prediction of diabetic osteoporosis,which is of great significance to strengthen the prevention and treatment of osteoporotic fracture and diabetic chronic complications and improve the prognosis.
