This paper introduced the status of cooperative in Alar City,the First Division of Xinjiang Production and Con-struction Corps,analyzed the problems in the development of cooperatives,and proposed relevant countermeasures,including cultivating and attracting agricultural and forestry economic management professionals,standardizing the internal management of cooperatives,relying on internal finance capital to develop agricultural-related industries,and building agricultural product market brands,so as to enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products market and promote the modernization of XPCC′s agricul-tural development.
