丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死临床观察

目的探讨丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取北京朝阳中西医结合急诊抢救中心2018年2月至2020年2月收治的脑梗死患者80例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。两组患者均予依达拉奉静脉滴注,研究组患者加服丁苯酞软胶囊。结果治疗后,研究组患者神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(12.50%比10.00%,P>0.05)。结论丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死,可有效改善患者神经功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide combined with edaravone in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Beijing Chaoyang Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Emergency Rescue Center from February 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were given edaravone intravenous injection,while the patients in study group were given Butylphthalide Soft Capsules.Results After treatment,the neurological deficit score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was similar to that in the control group(12.50%vs.10.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with edaravone can effectively improve the neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction.
