健脾按摩法联合酪酸梭菌活菌散剂治疗小儿非感染性急性腹泻疗效分析

目的探讨健脾按摩法联合酪酸梭菌活菌散剂治疗小儿非感染性急性腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取医院收治的非感染性急性腹泻患儿104例,采用红蓝双色球法分为对照组和观察组,各52例。两组患儿均口服酪酸梭菌活菌散剂,观察组患儿联合健脾按摩法治疗。结果治疗后,观察组的分泌性免疫球蛋白(IgA)为(141.85±12.15)μg/mL,显著高于对照组的(111.32±14.06)μg/mL(P<0.05),但白细胞介素6(IL-6)为(8.29±3.51)pg/mL,显著低于对照组的(11.61±4.43)pg/mL(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为98.08%,显著高于对照组的84.62%(P<0.05)。结论健脾按摩法联合口服酪酸梭菌活菌散剂治疗小儿非感染性急性腹泻能有效降低患儿的炎性因子水平,增强免疫力,提升疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpi massage combined with Clostridium Butyricum Powder in the treatment of non-infectious acute diarrhea in children.Methods Totally 104 children with non-infectious acute diarrhea were selected and divided into control group and observation group,52 cases in each group.The control group was given Clostridium Butyricum Powder orally,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi massage on this basis.Results After treatment,the secretory immunoglobulin(IgA)of the observation group was(141.85±12.15)μg/mL,which was significantly higher than(111.32±14.06)μg/mL of the control group(P<0.05),but the interleukin-6(IL-6)was(8.29±3.51)pg/mL,which was significantly lower than(11.61±4.43)pg/mL of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.08%,which was significantly higher than 84.62%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi massage combined with Clostridium Butyricum Powder in the treatment of children with non-infectious acute diarrhea can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors,enhance immunity and enhance the curative effect.
