乳腺微创旋切系统手术治疗单发乳腺小结节疗效分析

目的观察乳腺微创旋切系统手术治疗单发乳腺小结节的临床疗效。方法选取医院2017年1月至2019年12月行手术治疗的单发乳腺小结节患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与研究组(40例)。对照组患者采用传统手术治疗,研究组患者采用微创旋切系统手术治疗。结果两组患者手术时间和切口愈合时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术中出血量远多于对照组,瘢痕长度短于对照组,手术费用远高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组皮下血肿发生率高于对照组(χ2=4.215,P=0.042);两组伤口感染率无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组患者对乳房伤口瘢痕满意度为95%,明显高于对照组的40%(P<0.05)。结论乳腺微创旋切系统手术治疗单发乳腺小结节患者疤痕小,切口愈合时间短,美容效果好,但手术时间及术中出血量等指标均无明显优势。对于乳房伤口瘢痕有要求的年轻妇女,可推荐;但若经济拮据或对乳房美观无要求,建议行传统手术。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive breast rotation system in the treatment of single breast nodules.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,80 patients with single breast nodules admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases).The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the study group was treated with microtrauma surgery system.Results There was no significant difference in the operation time and incision healing time between the two groups(P>0.05),the amount of bleeding in the study group was much more than that in the control group,the scar length was shorter than that in the control group,and the operation cost was much higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of subcutaneous hematoma in the study group was higher than that in the control group(χ2=4.215,P=0.042).There was no significant difference in the wound infection rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of breast scar in the study group was 95%,which was significantly higher than 40%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive rotational resection system has the advantages of small scar,short wound healing time and good cosmetic effect,but the operation time and intraoperative blood loss have no obvious advantages.It is recommended for young women who have requirements for breast scar,but traditional surgery is recommended if they are in financial difficulties or have no requirements for breast beauty.
