摘要
目的探讨胸腔镜手术治疗纵隔肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选取医院2017年1月至10月接受治疗的纵隔肿瘤患者40例,随机均分为对照组、研究组,分别给予传统开胸手术治疗和胸腔镜手术治疗。结果研究组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者术后并发症发生率高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜手术比传统开胸手术更具推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of mediastinal tumors.Methods Totally 40 patients with mediastinal tumor in our hospital from January to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,which were given traditional thoracotomy and thoracoscopic surgery respectively.Results The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion VATS is more valuable than traditional thoracotomy.
