66例重症烧伤患者空中转运的护理体会

目的总结空中转运重症烧伤患者的护理经验,探讨其最佳护理方案。方法回顾性分析2001年1月至2013年12月由空中转运至解放军总医院的66例烧伤患者的相关资料,根据患者登机前、转运中、到达医院不同阶段的病情信息及愈后情况,探索空中转运护理要点。结果66例患者均安全转运至解放军总医院,转运期间未出现危及生命的意外。结论通过空中转运前患者伤情的正确评估,选择合适转运时机,安排专业的护送人员,重视合并伤的处理,能提高空中转运成功率和救治成功率。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of severe burn patients transported by air and investigate the best nursing scheme.Methods The data of 66 burn patients who were transferred from air to PLA General Hospital from January 2001 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.The key points of air transport nursing were explored according to the information of patients'condition at different stages of boarding,transferring and arriving at the hospital.Results All the 66 patients were safely transferred to the PLA General Hospital,and no life-threatening accidents occurred during the transfer.Conclusion The success rate of air transport and treatment can be improved by correctly evaluating the injury condition of patients before air transport,selecting the appropriate transport time,arranging professional escort personnel and paying attention to the treatment of combined injuries.
