聚焦解决模式用于老年骨质疏松性骨折患者护理效果分析

目的探讨聚焦解决模式用于老年骨质疏松性骨折患者护理中的效果。方法选取医院2018年至2019年医院收治的老年骨质疏性骨折患者84例,以整群随机化法分为对照组和研究组,各42例。对照组患者予常规护理,研究组患者予聚焦解决模式护理。结果研究组患者生活质量评分及骨折愈合优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式用于护理老年骨质疏松性骨折,能促进骨折恢复,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of focused solution model in nursing care of elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with osteoporosis from 2018 to 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the study group were given focused solution nursing.Results The quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the excellent and good rate of fracture healing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of focused solution mode can promote the recovery of osteoporotic fractures and improve the quality of life in elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture.
