预见性护理用于泌尿外科腹腔镜手术护理效果观察

目的探讨预见性护理应用于泌尿外科腹腔镜手术护理中的效果。方法选择医院2019年1月至2020年5月接受泌尿外科腹腔镜手术的患者36例,均分为两组,各18例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受预见性护理。结果观察组患者对护理服务的总满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率整体低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理应用于泌尿外科腹腔镜手术较单纯采用常规护理方式疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing applied in urological laparoscopic surgery.Methods From January 2019 to may 2020,36 patients underwent urological laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into two groups,18 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received predictive nursing.Results The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in urological laparoscopic surgery is more effective than conventional nursing.
