摘要
针对生产实践中,餐厨垃圾快速生物干化存在辅料供应量不足、处理周期较长等问题,基于外源辅助加热的生物干化系统,通过连续运行10 d,分析不同比例(0%、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%和35%,分别记为T0-25、T5-20、T10-15、T15-10、T20-5、T25-0、T30-0、T35-0)回料替代辅料的餐厨垃圾生物干化效率及能耗。结果表明:不同比例回料替代辅料均可以促进餐厨垃圾堆体升温,达到物料快速生物干化;在生物干化过程中,30%和35%回料替代辅料的餐厨垃圾生物干化处理脱水效果最好,第4 d的含水率较无回料添加的对照组分别低19.09%、18.21%。但随着回料添加量的增加,单位质量餐厨垃圾水分去除能耗整体呈现升高趋势,添加10%回料(T10-15)替代辅料的生物干化处理组单位质量干化所需能耗最低(1.34 kW·h),与无回料添加(T0-25)的对照组(1.26 kW·h)能耗最为接近。因此,在餐厨垃圾快速干化处理实践中,若锯末等辅料供应量不足,可以考虑采用添加10%回料代替辅料对餐厨垃圾进行生物干化。
In view of the problems of insufficient supply of auxiliary materials,long treatment period in the production practice of kitchen waste bio-drying,the bio-drying efficiency and energy consumption of food waste with different proportion of recycled materials(0%,5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30%,35%signed T0-25,T5-20,T10-15,T15-10,T20-5,T25-0,T30-0,T35-0 respectively)instead of auxiliary materials through continuous operation for 10 days based on the bio-drying system of exogenous auxiliary heating were analyzed.The results show that the pile’s temperature is promoted and the moisture is removed with adding recycled materials.The moisture content of T30-0 and T35-0 decrease to 26.05%,26.93%,which are 19.09%,18.21%lower than that of T0-25 on the 4th day of bio-drying,respectively.The energy consumption of unit water removal will be increased with the increase of the amount of recycled materials.The energy consumption of unit water removal of T10-15(1.34 kW·h)which is the closest to that of the control group T0-25(1.26 kW·h).In the biological drying treatment point of kitchen waste,if the supply of auxiliary materials(sawdust)is insufficient,10%recycled materials(T10-15)can be used for biological drying of kitchen waste.
