摘要
心理教师是学校教育中一支重要的队伍,但他们因学科归属不明、岗位职责不清、工作业绩不显、自我发展不畅等原因表现出明显的不良情绪。与此同时,他们还表现出富有情怀、渴望学习、改革创新的职业风格。通过教育民族志的研究方法,采用情感体制的理论框架,呈现心理教师在工作体制中的情感整饰和交往体制中的情感表演。研究发现,整饰与表演是学校心理教师极具特点的情感劳动形式。研究结果表明,在现行学校结构下,整饰与表演是心理教师自觉嵌入社会的情感策略与行动力量。
As an important team in school education,psychological teachers betray obvious bad emotions due to unclear subject attribution,unclear job responsibility,unsatisfactory work achievement and poor self-development.At the same time,they have a professional style which features rich feelings,eagerness to learn and innovativeness.With the method of educational ethnography and within the theoretical framework of emotional regime,the emotional management of psychological teachers in the working system and their emotional performance in the communication system are described.It is found that management and performance are the typical forms of emotional labor of psychological teachers in schools.In conclusion,under the current school structure,management and performance are the strategies of emotion and courses of action whereby psychological teachers consciously integrate themselves into the society.
