白细胞介素-1受体相关激酶与消化系统疾病相关性的研究进展

摘要 白细胞介素-1受体相关激酶(IRAK)作为在Toll样受体(TLR)及白介素-1受体(IL-1R)介导的信号通路的重要连接体,在信号通路中发挥重要作用,对炎症反应起正向或负向调节作用。近年来的研究表明IRAKs参与了炎症性肠病、酒精性肝病、炎症相关性结直肠肿瘤等消化系统疾病的发生发展。本文就IRAKs家族的分子特点、作用机制及其与消化系统疾病的关系研究进展加以综述,有助于揭示疾病的发生机制,为疾病的治疗提供理论依据。 Interleukin-1 receptor associated kinases,as important linkers in Toll-like receptors and interleukin-1 receptor-mediated signaling pathways,play an important role in signaling pathways and play a positive or negative regulatory role in the inflammatory response.Recent studies have shown that IRAKs were involved in the development of digestive diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease,alcoholic liver disease,and inflammation-related colorectal tumors.This article reviews the molecular characteristics,mechanism of action of the IRAKs family and their research progress in relation to digestive diseases,which will help reveal the mechanism of the disease and provide theoretical basis for the treatment of the disease.
