摘要
研究了7N01热处理制度对组织与抗应力腐蚀性能的影响,通过对力学性能、硬度和电导率的试验对比分析,最终确定250℃×4h+470℃×40min水冷为最佳固溶制度,95℃×5h+120℃×8h、95℃×5h+140℃×8h、95℃×5h+160℃×8h为最优的热处理工艺。
This paper studies the effect of 7N01 heat treatment system on microstructure and stress corrosion resistance.By comparative analysis of mechanical properties,hardness and electrical conductivity tests,it is finally determined that 250℃×4h+470℃×40min water cooling system is the best solution.95℃×5h+120℃×8h,95℃×5h+140℃×8h,95℃×5h+160℃×8h are the optimal heat treatment processes.
