摘要
为解决市域铁路旅客提升设备设计过程中信息易脱节、可靠性要求高的难题,提出了数据驱动应用的理念,基于事件条件动作(ECA)规则与实例推理(CBR)技术相结合的智能设计方法,建立了贯穿旅客提升设备设计与运行全阶段的智能设计系统。同时为解决运行过程中故障种类多、易扩大、难防控的难题,研究了基于物联传感装置的运行安全监测技术,为保障旅客提升设备从设计阶段到运行阶段的安全提供了一种有效方案。
In order to solve the problems of information disconnection and high reliability requirements in the design processes of passenger lifting equipment,a concept of data-driven application was proposed.Based on the intelligent design method of event-condition-action(ECA)rule and case-based reasoning(CBR)technology,an intelligent design system was established throughout the whole stages of passenger lifting equipment designs and operations.Meanwhile,in order to solve the problems of many kinds of faults,easy to expand and difficult to prevent and control,the operation safety monitoring technology was studied based on internet of things(IOT)sensors.An effective scheme was provided to ensure the safety of passenger lifting equipment from the design stages to the operation stages.
