间质性肺疾病患者健康信息获取行为的描述性质性研究

Health Information Acquisition Behavior of Patients with Interstitial Lung Disease:A Descriptive Qualitative Study

目的以信息获取行为综合模型为框架,探索确诊时间≥1个月且呼吸困难程度评级1~4级的间质性肺疾病患者健康信息获取行为体验及影响因素,为制定针对性措施提供理论依据。方法本研究为描述性质性研究,采用行为事件访谈法对14例住院间质性肺疾病患者进行访谈,根据主题分析法对访谈结果进行整理分析。结果间质性肺疾病患者健康信息获取行为体验及影响因素提取出4个主题:信息获取渠道、疾病相关威胁、个人行为相关能力、社会人口学背景。结论间质性肺疾病患者健康信息获取行为的改善不仅要关注患者自身态度,还要注重发展可靠、丰富的健康信息获取渠道,同时要注重改善临床医护人员健康知识宣教,从而促进行为发生。

Objective To explore the experience and influencing factors of health information acquisition behavior based on the comprehensive model of information seeking in patients with interstitial lung disease with diagnosis time≥1 month and degree of dyspnea level of 1-4,and to provide a theoretical basis for targeted measures.Methods This was a descriptive qualitative study.Fourteen in-patients with interstitial lung disease were interviewed by behavioral event interview,and the results were analyzed by theme analysis method.Results Four themes were extracted from the health information acquisition behavior and influencing factors of patients with interstitial lung disease:information acquisition channels,disease-related threats,personal behavior related factors,social demographic background.Conclusion Patients′attitude,reliable and diversified health information acquisition channels and the improvement of health knowledge education of clinical doctors and nurses are conducive to promoting health information acquisition behavior of patients with interstitial lung disease and the occurrence of behavior.
