康复新液用于急性牙周脓肿引流清创术后护理的效果

Clinical analysis of Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of acute periodontal abscess

目的:对康复新液局部治疗急性牙周脓肿的临床疗效进行分析。方法:选取2019年9月至2020年9月期间我院收治的130例急性牙周脓肿患者,根据数字分组法为对照组与实验组(n=65)。所有患者进行相同的常规治疗后,对照组患者使用过氧化氢与生理盐水局部冲洗、含漱,实验组患者使用康复新液局部冲洗、含漱,1 M后比较治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗前牙龈指数、牙周袋探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、牙松动度指标无显著差异(P>0.05);而治疗后上述指标均显著降低(P<0.05),且与对照组相比,实验组治疗后各项指标的降低程度更明显(P<0.05)。实验组治疗优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液局部治疗急性牙周脓肿的效果更好,具有推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of acute periodontal abscess.Methods:A total of 130 cases of acute periodontal abscess patients treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research object.According to the digital grouping method,all patients were divided into control group and experimental group(n=65)and received the same routine treatment.Then,the patients in control group were given local irrigation with hydrogen peroxide and normal saline,and the patients in experimental group were given local irrigation with Kangfuxin solution for 1 month.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in gingival index,including periodontal pocket probing depth,gingival crevices bleeding index and degree of tooth looseness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,gingival index,periodontal pocket probing depth,gingival sulcus bleeding index and degree of tooth looseness in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the control group,the decrease of various indicators in the experimental group was more obvious after treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuxin liquid has better effect in local treatment of acute periodontal abscess and is worth popularizing.
