法舒地尔联合托拉塞米治疗对肺源性心脏病合并右心衰竭的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of fasudil combined with torasemide in the treatment of cor pulmonale with right heart failure

目的:探讨法舒地尔联合托拉塞米治疗对肺源性心脏病合并右心衰竭的临床疗效。方法:收集76例肺源性心脏病合并右心衰竭患者,分为观察组(36例,法舒地尔+托拉塞米治疗)和对照组(40例,法舒地尔治疗)。对比2组临床疗效、肺功能指标及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC均升高(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:法舒地尔联合托拉塞米治疗肺心病合并右心衰竭安全性高,可有效改善患者肺功能。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of fasudil combined with torasemide in the treatment of cor pulmonale with right heart failure.Methods:76 patients with cor pulmonale and right heart failure were collected and divided into observation group(36 cases,fasudil+torasemide treatment)and control group(40 cases,fasudil treatment).The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indexes and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC increased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fasudil combined with torasemide in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease with right heart failure is highly safe and can effectively improve the lung function of patients.
