摘要
目前骨关节炎的治疗主要以缓解疼痛和延缓病情发展的对症治疗为主。近年来研究表明,Sirtuin1(SIRT1)是骨相关疾病的潜在治疗靶点,可通过促进自噬来保护软骨细胞。本文就SIRT1通过调控自噬来保护软骨细胞以及SIRT1作为治疗骨关节炎等骨退行性疾病潜在靶点的研究进展做一综述。
Current treatments for osteoarthritis revolve around pain relief and delay in progression,but most of these treatments are symptom-based rather than root causes.Recent studies have shown that Sirtuin1(SIRT1)can be used as a biomarker to treat bone-related diseases and protect chondrocytes by promoting autophagy.In this paper,the research progress of SIRT1 to protect chondrocytes by regulating autophagy was reviewed,and the potential of SIRT1 related pathway as a target for the treatment of osteoarthritis and other degenerative diseases was proposed.
