高空大型螺栓固定式主梁悬挑钢平台施工技术

摘要 介绍了金科集美天城一期工程采取高空外挑屋面支模平台及外脚手架平台共用体系的设计、加工、安装、检验、拆除的整套施工技术,针对高空结构施工这一技术难题,采用了悬挑钢梁平台,解决了高空屋面结构构架层的模板支撑体系及外脚手架生根的难题,确保了高空结构施工的安全和质量,该技术实施效果好,经济实惠,可为类似结构施工提供参考。 The article introduces in detail the complete set of construction technology for the design,processing,installation,inspection,and dismantling of the shared system of the high-altitude outboard roof formwork platform and the external scaffold platform for the first phase of the Jinke Jimei Tiancheng project. Difficulties,using a cantilevered steel beam platform,solved the problem of rooting of the formwork support system and the outer scaffolding of the high-altitude roof structure frame layer,ensuring the safety and quality of high-altitude structural construction,the technology is effective,economical,and can be similar provide reference for structural construction.
