基于绿色生态地下空间开发利用评价标准编制的分析与研究

Analysis and Research on the Establishment of Evaluation Standards for Development and Utilization of Green Ecological Underground Space

近年来,我国城市地下空间开发利用进入快速增长时期,成为很多城市拓展空间利用方式的重要模式之一。目前,我国还没有绿色生态地下空间开发利用评价标准。通过对国内外相关绿色建筑标准的分析研究,总结出就编制适用于绿色生态地下空间开发利用评价标准存在的问题,制定相应的研究思路和明确需要解决的关键问题,为推动我国地下空间建筑的开发利用提供参考依据和建设建议,推动地下建筑的快速化、成熟化发展。

In recent years,the development and utilization of urban underground space in China has entered a period of rapid growth,and become one of the important modes for many cities to expand the way of space utilization. At present,there is no evaluation standard for the development and utilization of green ecological underground space in China. Based on the analysis and research of the relevant green building standards at home and abroad,summarizes the problems existing in the preparation of the evaluation standards for the development and utilization of green ecological underground space,formulates the corresponding research ideas and the key problems to be solved,provides the reference basis and construction suggestions for promoting the development and utilization of underground space buildings in China,and promotes the rapid and mature development of underground buildings exhibition.
