摘要 环状核糖核酸(circular RNAs,CircRNAs)是一类特殊的非编码RNA分子,呈封闭环状结构,由非经典剪接方式反向剪接而形成,存在于高度分化的真核生物中。越来越多的研究表明CircRNAs在成骨分化中发生变化,本文介绍CircRNAs在组织细胞成骨分化中的作用,并对其在成骨分化过程中的作用靶点及信号通路研究现状作一综述。 CircRNAs are a special class of non-coding RNA(ncRNA)molecules.They have a closed circular structure and are formed by reverse splicing by non-classical splicing methods.They coexist in highly differentiated eukaryotes.More and more studies have shown that CircRNAs would change during osteogenic differentiation.This paper introduces the role of CircRNAs in tissue cell osteogenic differentiation,and reviews the current research status of the targets and signaling pathways of CircRNAs during osteogenic differentiation.
