摘要 目的探索设计一个功能可灵活配置的慢性非传染性疾病管理系统,以推进我国慢病管理模式的发展。方法采用三元组方式存储数据设计了一个包含医院和患者等多个用户端的慢病管理系统。结果系统运行后显示,通过三元组存储数据降低了系统数据层与业务的耦合性,提高了系统的灵活性,降低了系统改版升级的研发成本。结论基于三元组存储的慢病管理系统,可灵活响应慢病管理模式频繁变化的特殊要求,提高了慢病管理新理念、新模式的落地效率,且具有较好的应用价值。 Objective To design a configurable chronic and non-communicable disease management system to promote the exploration and development of the chronic disease management model in China.Method A triple storage of data was used to design a chronic disease management system that included multiple clients such as hospitals and patients.Results After the system is running,it is shown that the triple storage of data reduces the coupling between the system data layer and the business,improves the flexibility of the system,and reduces the research and development costs of system upgrades.Conclusion The chronic disease management system based on triple storage can flexibly respond to the special requirements of frequent changes in the chronic disease management model,improve the implementation efficiency of new concepts and models of chronic disease management,and has application and promotion value.
