目的通过运用信息化手段,深度优化医用耗材科室应用环节,解决科级成本核算医用耗材收支不平衡的问题,形成有效的医用耗材管理体系。方法基于现有医用耗材管理系统的分析,通过对医用耗材终末的应用流程再造,推进医用耗材的精细化管理。结果实现了医用耗材"先领用、再核减、后计费",实领实耗实销,达到科级成本核算医用耗材收支平衡。结论重视和加强医用耗材终末的应用管理,确保患者医用耗材收费条目与实际应用一致,提高患者满意度,有效地提升医用耗材管理效率,促进医用耗材成本管控,实现医用耗材全流程的精细化管理。

Objective To deepen the optimization of medical consumables application links through information technology,to solve the problem of unbalanced medical consumables at departmental-level cost accounting,and form an effective medical consumables management system.Methods Based on the analysis of the existing management system of medical consumables,the refined management of medical consumables was promoted by reengineering the final application process of medical consumables.Result The medical consumables were"received first,then reduced,and billed later",real consumption and actual sales were achieved,and the balance of medical consumables at the department-level cost accounting was achieved.Conclusion Emphasis on the management of terminal applications of medical consumables,ensure that patients’medical consumables charge items are consistent with the actual application,improve patient satisfaction,effectively improve the efficiency of medical consumables management,promote cost control of medical consumables,and achieve refined management of medical consumables throughout the process.
