摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,智能制造技术得到了业界的高度重视,而智能制造的关键环节之一是实现各设备与各系统的互联互通。OPC UA作为一种用于工业通讯中的数据交互规范,可用于实现对制造过程中的多源异构数据的传输与解析,进而实现互联互通。以智能制造互联互通研究领域的热点技术OPC UA为出发点,介绍了OPC UA的发展历史与技术特点,在此基础上分析了OPC UA技术的研究进展与应用情况,指出了需要解决的技术问题,最后对OPC UA技术进行了展望。为OPC UA技术的应用和研究提供了参考。
With the rapid development of the information technology, intelligent manufacturing technology has been highly valued by the industry, and one of the key links of intelligent manufacturing is to realize the interoperability between each device and each system. As a data interaction specification for industrial communications, OPC UA can be used to realize the transmission and analysis of heterogeneous data from multiple sources in the manufacturing process, thus achieving interoperability. Based on the hot technology OPC UA in the field of intelligent manufacturing interconnection, the development history and technical characteristics of OPC UA were introduced. On this basis, the research progress and application of OPC UA technology were analyzed, and the technical problems to be solved were pointed out. Finally, the prospect of OPC UA technology was presented. It provides a reference for the application and research of OPC UA technology.
