旋挖钻机底盘机架的静力学分析 被引量:3

摘要 从提钻和钻进2种工况下,对旋挖钻机底盘机架进行分析,根据力学知识,建立两组数学模型,并得到零件受力分析图。通过Solid Works2016软件建立机架装配图,并用Workbench19.2软件对机架进行载荷施加,得出机架的应力、应变云图和位移云图,结果表明满足安全要求。 Based on the mechanical knowledge, two sets of mathematical models were established and the force analysis diagram of the part was obtained. The assembly diagram of the rack was established by the software SolidWorks2016, and the load was imposed by the software Workbench19.2, and the stress, strain and displacement nephogram of the rack were obtained. The results show that it meets the safety requirements.
