摘要 为提升液粘软启动设备中行星轮系的可靠性与安全性,采用有限元方法,基于ANSYS对斜齿轮副和锥齿轮副的接触响应特性进行了分析与研究。分别建立斜齿轮副和锥齿轮副的有限元模型,对局部网格进行细化处理,在额定力矩条件下得出静态结构分析结果。结果表明,提升齿根和齿顶的硬度是提升齿轮副经济型和可靠性的有效方法。 In order to improve the reliability and safety of planetary gear train in hydro viscous soft start equipment, the contact response characteristics of helical gear pair and bevel gear pair were analyzed and studied based on ANSYS. The finite element models of helical gear pair and bevel gear pair were established respectively, and the local mesh was refined. The static structure analysis results were obtained under rated torque condition. The results show that improving the hardness of tooth root and tooth top is an effective method to improve the economy and reliability of gear pair.
