摘要 为提高高光谱荧光渗透检测自动化水平和检测准确率,降低人工作业劳动强度,设计了一种管件表面缺陷高光谱自动检测的传送装置。介绍了传送装置结构组成和电气控制原理。传送装置由待检区、检测区、报废区、成品区和动力区5部分组成,以链轮传输装置为环形流水线主体,以PLC和PC机为控制核心,可实现管件表面状况的机器视觉分析,成品、废品的自动分拣,并能实现管件计数,检测结束时报警。 To improve the automation level and accuracy of hyperspectral fluorescent penetrant testing, and to reduce the labor intensity of manual work, a hyperspectral automatic detection transmission device for pipe surface defects was designed. Structure and electric control principle of the transmission device were introduced. The transmission device consists of five parts, which are inspection area, detection area, scrap area, finished product area and power area. With the annular pipeline main body of chain wheel transmission device and with the control cores of PLC and PC, the device can realize the functions of machine vision analysis of pipe surface condition, automatic sorting of finished products or waste products, counting of pipe fittings and alarm at the end of detection.
