微型步进马达总工程自动组装工艺研究与产业化应用

摘要 目前市场中多数企业的微型步进总工程组装作业都是手动完成,整体效率较低,又因工人离职造成产品品质不稳定,为此专门设计了微型步进马达总工程自动组装线。结合现阶段的先进工业技术,采用回转式轮带、振动盘分离区分进料、多机构精密并联、可编程三菱PLC及威纶人机界面触摸屏研发了此自动组装设备。该设备解决了微型步进马达因工人不足而导致产能降低和品质问题多发等问题,减少了企业成本,提升生产效率及产品品质。 The general engineering assembly of micro stepping motor in most enterprises in the market is manual operation, the overall efficiency is low, and the product quality is unstable due to the turnover of workers. The general engineering automatic assembly line of micro stepping motor was specially designed.Combined with the advanced industrial technology at the stage, the automatic assembly equipment was developed by using rotary tire, vibrating plate separation and feeding, multi mechanism precision parallel, programmable mitsubishi PLC and human-machine interface touch screen of velon. The equipment can reduce the production capacity and quality problems caused by the shortage of workers, reduce the cost of enterprises, and improve the production efficiency and product quality.
