摘要 利用原有技术进行城市轨道交通车辆空调机组漏水检修时,受漏水故障数据量较大影响而无法进行数据测点布设,在制冷温度为20~28℃时,存在漏水故障检测率较低的问题,故提出一种新的城市轨道交通车辆空调机组漏水检修技术。通过获取城市轨道交通车辆空调机组的基本技术参数构建城市轨道交通车辆空调机组部件数学模型。根据构建模型选取漏水故障特征参数,在参数所在处对城市轨道交通车辆空调机组漏水检修数据测点进行布设。设计了一个空调机组漏水检修系统,连接各个测点的传感器,实现城市轨道交通车辆空调机组漏水检修。将原有技术与其进行对比,实验结果表明该技术的漏水故障检测率最高,实现了检修性能的提升。 When using the original technology to repair the leakage of air-conditioning units in urban rail transit vehicles, due to the large amount of leakage fault data, it is impossible to arrange the data measuring points. When the refrigeration temperature is 20 ~ 28 ℃, the detection rate of leakage fault is low. A new leakage repair technology for air-conditioning units in urban rail transit vehicles was proposed. By obtaining the basic technical parameters of air conditioning unit of urban rail transit vehicles, the mathematical model of air conditioning unit components of urban rail transit vehicles was constructed. According to the construction model, the leakage fault characteristic parameters were selected, and the leakage maintenance data measuring points of air conditioning units in urban rail transit vehicles were arranged at the location of the parameters. A water leakage maintenance system of air conditioning unit was designed, which connected the sensors of each measuring point to realize the water leakage maintenance of air conditioning unit of urban rail transit vehicles. Compared with the original technology, the experimental results show that the leakage fault detection rate of the technology is the highest, and the maintenance performance is improved.
