摘要
通过介绍运用二维及三维尺寸链工具对麦弗逊悬架前轮外倾角制造偏差进行分析,并根据分析结果设计了麦弗逊悬架关联零部件,如减震器、转向节、后副车架的关联尺寸公差,解决了麦弗逊悬架前轮外倾角制造偏差问题,保证了整车的行驶性能。
By introducing the use of two-dimensional and three-dimensional dimension chain tools to analyze the manufacturing deviation of the front wheel camber of McPherson suspension, according to the analysis results, the related dimensional tolerances of the related parts of McPherson suspension, such as shock absorber, steering knuckle and rear subframe were designed to solve the manufacturing deviation of the front wheel camber of McPherson suspension, the driving performance of the whole vehicle was ensured.
