摘要
为了使井下煤矿行业更好地节省能源、降低消耗、提高生产效率,基于变频调速技术和节能控制技术,对皮带输送机节能控制系统进行了优化分析。通过对皮带输送机结构和进本性能进行分析,对皮带输送机的节能控制系统进行了优化,特别是PLC节能控制装置与变频调速装置进行了优化分析。实践表明该系统优化能减少电能的浪费,提高运输效率及经济性,保障工作人员的安全,促进煤矿产业的发展。
In order to save energy, reduce consumption and improve production efficiency in underground coal industry, based on frequency control technology and energy-saving control technology, the energy-saving control system of belt conveyor was optimized and analyzed. Through the analysis of the structure and cost performance of the belt conveyor, the energy-saving control system of the belt conveyor was optimized, especially the PLC energy-saving control device and frequency control device. Practice shows that the system optimization can reduce the waste of electric energy, improve transportation efficiency and economy,ensure the safety of staff, and promote the development of coal industry.
