Study on Catastrophic Health Expenditure in Families of Chronic Diseases Patients

目的:分析慢性病患者家庭发生灾难性卫生支出的情况。方法:利用2015年中国家庭金融调查数据,分析慢性病患者家庭与无慢性病患者家庭灾难性卫生支出的发生率、平均差距和相对差距。结果:慢性病患者家庭灾难性卫生支出发生率为9.57%,是无慢性病患者家庭的4倍;高收入水平对缓解无慢性病患者家庭发生灾难性卫生支出的效果优于慢性病患者家庭;基本医疗保险对缓解家庭发生灾难性卫生支出的公平性效果不佳。结论:慢性病加剧了家庭发生灾难性卫生支出的负面影响,应做好慢性病预防工作,完善慢性病诊断相关分组的医保报销政策,减轻慢性病带来的经济负担。

Objective Analysis of catastrophic health expenditure in families of chronic diseases patients.Methods Using the data of Chinese household finance survey in 2015,this paper analyzes the incidence,average and relative gap of catastrophic health expenditure between families with chronic diseases and families without chronic diseases.Results The incidence of catastrophic health expenditure in families with chronic diseases is 9.57%,which is 4 times higher than that in families without chronic diseases;the effect of high income level on alleviating catastrophic health expenditure in families without chronic diseases is better than that in families with chronic diseases;basic medical insurance is not effective in alleviating the fairness of catastrophic health expenditure in families.Conclusion Chronic diseases aggravate the negative impact of catastrophic health expenditure on families.We should do a good job in the prevention of chronic diseases,improve the medical insurance reimbursement policy of groups related to the diagnosis of chronic diseases,and reduce the economic burden caused by chronic diseases.
