摘要
介绍了生产低磷低碳锰铁的冶炼原理和工艺,从碱度对生产的影响、如何生产低碳和低磷产品进行了探讨。结合实际生产和数据得出:采用冷装法生产低碳锰铁能消耗过渡产品;热装法生产能创造更大的经济效益;生产过程中二元碱度应控制在1.2~1.3之间;通过降低低微碳锰硅合金含碳量和防止冶炼过程增碳两方面来生产低碳产品;通过降低入炉原料的磷锰比和用脱磷剂炉外脱磷来生产低磷产品。
Based on the discussion of the smelting principle and smelting technology of low phosphorus and low carbon ferromanganese,the influence of basicity on production and how to produce low carbon and low phosphorus products are expanded.With the actual production and data,it is concluded that the cold charging can consume transition products;the hot charging can create greater economic benefits;the binary basicity should be controlled between 1.2 and 1.3;low carbon products should be produced by means of reducing the carbon content of extra and low carbon ferromanganese-silicon and preventing the increase of carbon in smelting process;low phosphorus products should be produced though lowering the phosphorus manganese ratio of raw materials and secondary dephosphorization by dephosphorizing agent.
