应用胰岛素泵与皮下注射胰岛素治疗糖尿病临床效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析胰岛素泵与皮下注射胰岛素治疗糖尿病临床效果。方法选择该院在2018年9月—2019年9月收治的142例糖尿病患者,分为两组,研究组共71例患者,行胰岛素泵注射,一般组共71例,行皮下注射胰岛素治疗,观察两组血糖恢复情况、不同时间点血糖情况及并发症情况。结果相比于一般组,研究组平均血糖达标时间更短,平均空腹血糖更低,平均胰岛素用量更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组各个时间点血糖均低于一般组,并发症发生率(2.82%)低于一般组(14.08%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比较皮下注射胰岛素,胰岛素泵能缩短糖尿病患者血糖达标时间,减少胰岛素用量,还能让患者血糖保持在稳定状态,降低并发症发生率,临床疗效显著。 Objective To analyze the clinical effects of insulin pump and subcutaneous insulin injection in the treatment of diabetes.Methods A total of 142 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were divided into two groups.A total of 71 patients in the study group received insulin pump injection,and a total of 71 patients in the general group received subcutaneous insulin injection.Observe the blood glucose recovery,blood glucose at different time points and complications of the two groups.Results Compared with the general group,the study group had shorter average blood glucose reaching the target time,lower average fasting blood glucose,and lower average insulin dosage.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose of the study group was lower than the general group at all time points,and the complication rate(2.82%)was lower than that of the general group(14.08%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with subcutaneous injection of insulin,the insulin pump can shorten the time to reach the standard of blood glucose in diabetic patients,reduce the amount of insulin,and can also keep the blood glucose of patients in a stable state,reduce the incidence of complications,and have a significant clinical effect.
