格列吡嗪联合二甲双胍治疗对老年2型糖尿病的临床研究

Clinical Study of Glipizide Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Elderly Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者应用格列吡嗪联合二甲双胍治疗效果。方法纳入该院2018年10月—2019年10月接收的老年2型糖尿病患者90例,依照单双号分组方式,将入选患者分为对照组、研究组,各45例。前者给予格列吡嗪单项治疗,后者在格列吡嗪治疗基础上,给予患者二甲双胍联合治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后血糖(空腹血檀、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)水平,同时对比其不良反应发生率。结果 (1)血糖水平:两组患者治疗前血糖水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)不良反应:组间患者均具有较高安全性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将格列吡嗪联合二甲双胍应用于老年2型糖尿病患者中,可有效改善患者血糖水平,提升其生存质量,并具有较高安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of glipizide combined with metformin in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled.According to the odd and even number grouping method,the selected patients were divided into a control group and a study group,with 45 cases in each group.The former was given single treatment with glipizide,and the latter was given combined treatment with metformin on the basis of glipizide treatment.The blood glucose(fasting blood sugar,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin)levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Compare the incidence of adverse reactions.Results 1.Glucose level:There was not statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Adverse reactions:Patients between groups have high safety,and the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of glipizide combined with metformin to elderly type 2 diabetic patients can effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients,improve their quality of life,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
