卡格列净治疗2型糖尿病合并心血管高风险患者的安全性及其对相关指标的影响

The Safety of Canagliflozin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients with High Cardiovascular Risk and Its Influence on Related Indicators

目的分析2型糖尿病合并心血管高风险患者采用卡格列净治疗的安全性及对有关指标的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月2型糖尿病合并心血管高风险患者94例,随机分为观察组(对照组+卡格列净)和对照组(磺酰脲类、胰岛素等常规药物)各47例,对比治疗效果、血压、HbA1c、BMI、血糖波动指标、严重不良事件、用药安全指标。结果观察组有效率、HbA1c、全因死亡率、SBP水平、心血管原因病死率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组严重不良事件、心肌梗死、缺血性卒中、心力衰竭住院、非心血管原因病死、肾脏不良事件发生率、BMI、DBP对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡格列净在2型糖尿病合并心血管高风险患者治疗中可有效改善血糖和血压,安全性高,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the safety of canagliflozin treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes and high cardiovascular risk and its impact on related indicators.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,94 patients with type 2 diabetes combined with high cardiovascular risk were randomly divided into observation group(control group+canagliflozin)and control group(sulfonylurea,insulin drugs),47 cases for each,compared the treatment effect,blood pressure,HbA1c,BMI,blood glucose fluctuation indicators,serious adverse events,medication safety indicators.Results The observation group's effective rate,HbA1c,all-cause mortality,SBP level,and cardiovascular mortality were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);two groups of serious adverse events,myocardial infarction,ischemic stroke,heart strength hospitalization for failure,death from non-cardiovascular causes,adverse renal events,BMI,and DBP were not significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Canagliflozin can effectively improve blood glucose and blood pressure in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes with high cardiovascular risk.It has high safety and is worthy of application.
