营养支持在糖尿病患者胃肠围手术的护理疗效分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect of Nutritional Support in Diabetic Patients with Gastrointestinal Perioperative Operation

目的营养支持在糖尿病患者胃肠围手术的护理疗效分析。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月该院收治的胃肠围手术期糖尿病患者60例进行观察,按照营养支持方式的不同分为两组,对照组(n=30)予以肠外营养支持,观察组(n=30)予以肠内营养支持,对比观察护理效果。结果两组患者干预前后血糖指标变化情况对比,干预前两组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组各项血糖指标变化情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前后营养指标变化情况对比,干预前两组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组各项营养指标变化情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床对胃肠围手术期糖尿病患者进行营养支持,能够在保护脏器、减少并发症、控制感染及促进机体康复等方面起着重要作用,护理疗效更为显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of nutritional support in perioperative gastrointestinal surgery for diabetic patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with gastrointestinal perioperative diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected for observation.They were divided into two groups according to different nutritional support methods.The control group(n=30)received parenteral nutrition support.The observation group(n=30)was given enteral nutrition support,and the nursing efficacy was compared and observed.Results The changes in blood glucose indexes of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.There was not statistically significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the changes in blood glucose indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of changes in nutritional indicators of the patients before and after intervention.There was not statistically significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the changes in nutritional indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical nutritional support for diabetic patients during gastrointestinal perioperative period can play an important role in protecting organs,reducing complications,controlling infections and promoting body recovery.The nursing effect is more significant and it is worthy of promotion.
