Application Effect of Whole Course Health Education Model in Diabetes Nursing Intervention

目的分析全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理干预中的应用效果。方法选择该院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的120例糖尿病患者,按照随机分组方式,将其分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取全程健康教育模式护理方法,对比两组患者血糖控制水平、糖尿病知识掌握程度。结果观察组患者血糖控制水平好于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组糖尿病知识掌握程度好于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对于常规护理方式来说,全程健康教育模式对于糖尿病患者具有良好效果,可以提高患者血糖控制水平,提高其对于糖尿病知识的知晓程度,从而更加配合地进行药物控制以及生活方式的调整,提高其对于健康教育工作的满意程度,改善护患关系。

Objective To analyze the application effect of the whole-course health education model in diabetes nursing intervention.Methods Selected 120 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,and divided them into observation group and control group according to the random grouping method,with 60 people in each group.The control group took routine nursing care,and the observation group took the whole course of health education model nursing methods to compare the blood glucose control level and diabetes knowledge of the two groups.Results The blood glucose control level of the observation group was better than that of the control group.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group had better knowledge of diabetes than the control group.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing methods,the whole-course health education model has a good effect on diabetic patients.It can improve the level of blood glucose control of patients and increase their awareness of diabetes knowledge,so as to coordinate drug control and lifestyle adjustments,to improve their satisfaction with health education and improve the nurse-patient relationship.
