个性化护理在脊柱外科糖尿病患者围手术期的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Personalized Nursing in Perioperative Period of Diabetic Patients in Spinal Surgery

目的研究个性化护理在脊柱外科糖尿病患者围手术期的价值。方法根据随机数表法将2018年8月—2019年7月期间该院接收的脊柱外科糖尿病患者91例分为两组,对照组45例实施常规护理干预,观察组46例进行个性化护理。将两组的健康知识掌握程度、血糖水平、并发症发生情况进行比对。结果观察组患者干预后的健康知识掌握率(93.48%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平、并发症发生率分别为(6.32±0.61)mmol/L、(8.39±1.67)mmol/L、6.52%,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脊柱外科糖尿病患者围手术期应用个性化护理的临床价值高,能够改善健康知识掌握程度,有助于提升血糖控制效果。

Objective To study the value of personalized care in the perioperative period of diabetic patients in spinal surgery.Methods According to the random number table method,91 diabetic patients with spine surgery received from the hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 were divided into two groups.The control group received 45 routine nursing interventions and the observation group 46 received personalized care.The two groups'health knowledge mastery,blood glucose level,and complications were compared.Results The rate of health knowledge mastery(93.48%)of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose level,and complication rate of the observation group after intervention were(6.32±0.61)mmol/L,(8.39±1.67)mmol/L,6.52%,all lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing in the perioperative period of spinal surgery diabetic patients has high clinical value,can improve the mastery of health knowledge,and help improve the effect of blood glucose control.
