院外扫描式动态血糖监测的临床应用及护理

Clinical Application and Nursing of Out-of-hospital Scanning Dynamic Blood Glucose Monitoring

目的探讨扫描式动态血糖监测系统(FGM)在院外糖尿病患者中的临床应用及护理。方法选取2018年12月—2019年9月的50例在院外的糖尿病患者,随机分为常规佩戴扫描监测仪的观察组和未携带扫描监测仪的对照组,并给予相应的护理知识。患者平均血糖、目标范围内时间(time in target range,TIR)、预估的糖化血红蛋白(eHb A1c)和糖化血清白蛋白(glycated albumin,GA)。结果观察组的FGM监测指标TIR,观察组安装后的GA明显优于安装前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用院外扫描式动态血糖监测及增加相应的护理知识,能够减少患者痛苦,有利于患者血糖的控制,可作为指间血糖监测的合理补充。

Objective To explore the clinical application and nursing of scanning dynamic blood glucose monitoring system(FGM)in diabetic patients outside the hospital.Methods From December 2018 to September 2019,50 patients with diabetes outside the hospital were randomly divided into an observation group who routinely wears a scanning monitor and a control group who does not carry a scanning monitor,and the corresponding nursing knowledge was given.The average blood glucose,time in target range(TIR),estimated glycated hemoglobin(eHbA1c)and glycated albumin(GA)were observed.Results The FGM monitoring index TIR of the observation group was well controlled.The GA after installation in the observation group was significantly better than before installation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of out-of-hospital scanning dynamic blood glucose monitoring and the increase of corresponding nursing knowledge can reduce the suffering of patients,and is beneficial to the control of patients'blood glucose.It can be used as a reasonable supplement to interdigital blood glucose monitoring.
