老年糖尿病合并慢性肾功能衰竭治疗与护理效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Treatment and Nursing for Elderly Diabetes with Chronic Renal Failure

目的探究在慢性肾功能衰竭合并糖尿病患者的有效治疗方法和护理,分析比较其应用效果。方法选择该院2018年11月—2019年11月期间收治的100例糖尿病合并慢性肾功能衰竭患者,将其随机分为两组,给予相同的治疗方法,不同的护理干预,试验组采用综合护理,对照组采用常规护理,对其临床效果进行比较分析。结果两组患者干预前的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在具体护理干预后,两组患者血糖均得到改善,试验组的改善更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在与对照组患者进行比较时,试验组患者在心理护理、药物护理、饮食护理方面的数据差异均相对较大,试验组患者在各方面的依从性评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病合并慢性肾功能衰竭患者中将的综合护理干预进行应用,其效果显著,可改善患者的不良症状,促进患者恢复,对临床发展具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the effective treatment methods and nursing care of patients with chronic kidney disease failure and diabetes,and to analyze and compare its application effects.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,100 patients with diabetes and chronic renal failure were selected in the hospital,they were randomly divided into two groups,given the same treatment method and different nursing interventions,the experimental group adopted comprehensive nursing and the control group adopted conventional nursing,and the clinical effects were compared and analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the fasting blood glucose before the intervention and the blood glucose 2 h after the meal between the two groups(P>0.05).After the specific nursing intervention,the blood glucose of the two groups were improved,the improvement of the experimental group was more significant.The difference was significantly different(P<0.05).When compared with the control group,the experimental group has data on psychological care,drug care,and diet care.The differences were relatively large.The compliance scores of patients in the test group were higher in all aspects,and the difference was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and chronic renal failure has significant effects,which can improve the patients'adverse symptoms and promote the recovery of patients,which is of positive significance for clinical development.
