康柏西普玻璃体注射对增生型糖尿病视网膜病变PPV术后的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Intravitreal Injection of Conbercept on PPV after Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy

目的研究康柏西普玻璃体注射对增生型糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)玻璃体切除术(PPV)后的效果。方法选取该院2018年4月—2019年8月收治的80例增生型糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组单纯行PPV术,研究组在PPV术前行康柏西普玻璃体腔注射。检测并比较两组患者相关手术指标,以及患者手术前后视力情况和玻璃体中炎性因子水平。结果研究组患者治疗后的手术时间明显短于对照组,且研究组患者的术中出血眼数、术中电凝眼数、术后硅油填充眼数均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组患者视力均明显提高,且研究组患者的视力状况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康柏西普玻璃体注射联合玻璃体切除手术治疗增生型糖尿病视网膜病变,可明显缩短手术时间,降低术中出血、电凝发生率以及术后硅油填充率,减轻玻璃体中的炎症反应,促进患者视力恢复。

Objective To study the effect of vitrectomy(PPV)of Conbercept on proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR)after vitrectomy(PPV).Methods A total of 80 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy in the hospital from April 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group underwent PPV alone,and the study group underwent intravitreal injection of Conbercept before PPV surgery.Detect and compare the relevant surgical indicators of the two groups of patients,as well as the visual acuity of the patients before and after the operation and the levels of inflammatory factors in the vitreous.Results The operation time after treatment in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the number of intraoperative bleeding eyes,intraoperative electrocoagulated eyes,and postoperative silicone oil filled eyes in the study group were significantly less than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the visual acuity of the two groups of patients was significantly improved,and the visual acuity of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Conbercept vitreous injection combined with vitrectomy for the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of intraoperative hemorrhage,coagulation and postoperative silicone oil filling rate,reduce the inflammatory reaction in the vitreous,and promote the vision of the patient restore.
