综合治疗妊娠期糖尿病对妊娠结局的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Treatment of Gestational Diabetes on Pregnancy Outcome

目的探析妊娠期糖尿病患者接受综合治疗后对妊娠结局的影响。方法该研究开展时间为2019年2月—2020年2月,在此期间方便选取该院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者,共计100例,将其作为主要研究对象。根据患者治疗方法的不同,将其分到对照组和观察组,两组分别采用常规治疗方法和综合治疗方法,每组50例。比较两组患者妊娠情况、新生儿结局等数据。结果接受综合治疗的观察组,无论是早产、孕期感染,还是羊水过多、妊高症的发生率均低于常规治疗的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组比较新生儿结局,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对妊娠糖尿病患者采取综合治疗的方法,能够对妊娠结局进行有效地改善,对治疗期间并发症的减少有着积极作用,临床应用和推广价值较高。

Objective To analyze the influence of comprehensive treatment on pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods This study was carried out from February 2019 to February 2020.During this period,100 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to the hospital were conveniently selected as the main research object.According to the different treatment methods of patients,they were divided into control group and observation group.The two groups were treated with conventional and comprehensive treatment methods,with 50 patients in each group.Data on pregnancy and neonatal outcome were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group receiving comprehensive treatment,the incidence of premature delivery,pregnancy infection,polyhydramnios,and pregnancy-induced hypertension were lower than those in the control group with conventional treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the observation group and the control group the neonatal outcome,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive treatment method for patients with gestational diabetes can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome,and has a positive effect on the reduction of complications during the treatment period.The clinical application and promotion value are high.
