面向通信系统的太赫兹调制技术进展现状 被引量:7

摘要 地面移动通信、互联网与航天技术等的高速发展使得太赫兹通信系统备受关注,其中太赫兹调制器负责将基带信号调制到太赫兹频段,是太赫兹通信系统的关键组件,也是近年来太赫兹通信硬件系统的研究热点。介绍了主要面向通信系统的太赫兹调制器的电子学实现手段,并通过阐述使用混频调制和载波直接调制方案的调制器件性能,以及应用各类调制器件的典型通信系统性能,分析比较了不同实现方法的优势和存在的问题。 With the rapid development of terrestrial mobile communications,Internet and aerospace technology,the importance of terahertz communication system has been increasingly emphasized.Terahertz modulator is responsible for modulating baseband signal to terahertz frequency band and it is the research hotspot and key component of terahertz communication system.This article introduces the electronic implementation methods of terahertz modulators mainly for communication systems.It then introduces the terahertz modulators and terahertz communication systems using different modulation methods.Finally,this paper analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages by those methods.
