摘要
目的探究护理风险管理应用于胃肠外科护理管理工作中的应用效果。方法择取2018年6月-2019年5月该院的94名护理人员作为研究对象。按照随机方案划分为管理组和常规组,每组各47名。管理组护理人员采取护理风险管理方案,常规组护理人员采取普通护理管理模式,对比两组护理人员管理效果。结果①管理组护理不良事件发生率明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)曰②管理组护理质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③管理组护理人员工作满意度高于常规组护理人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理应用于胃肠外科护理管理中,可有效提升护理质量,降低护理不良风险,具有临床应用实践意义。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in the nursing management of gastrointestinal surgery.Methods A total of 94 nurses in the hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random plan,they were divided into management group and routine group,with 47 nurses in each group.The nursing staff of the management group adopted a nursing risk management plan,and the nursing staff of the routine group adopted a general nursing management mode,and the management effects of the two groups of nursing staff were compared.Results 1.The incidence of adverse events in the management group was significantly lower than that in the routine group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);2.The management group had a high score for the quality of care compared with the routine group,there were significant significant differences(P<0.05).3.The job satisfaction of nursing staff in the management group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the nursing management of gastrointestinal surgery can effectively improve the quality of nursing and reduce the risk of poor nursing,which has clinical application and practical significance.
