“三明治”教学法在心血管内科临床见习教学中的作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨“三明治”教学法在心血管内科临床见习教学中的作用。方法选择该院2015级临床医学本科的两个班级113名,按照班级分为对照组和观察组,各58名、55名,对照组给予传统的教学模式,观察组给予“三明治”教学模式。结果观察组心血管内科学生理论知识、病史采集、体检及其他检查、治疗计划、案例分析、操作技能以及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心血管内科学生激发学习兴趣、自主学习能力、获取信息能力、临床操作技能、分析和解决问题、资料收集能力、理论与临床实践结合能力、临床思维能力、交流沟通能力、归纳总结能力以及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心血管内科临床见习教学中采用“三明治”教学法可提高教学效果,提高学生自主学习、临床思维及实践能力。 Objective To explore the role of"sandwich"teaching method in clinical probation teaching of cardiovascular medicine.Methods A total of 113 students were selected from two classes of the 2015 undergraduate clinical medicine in the hospital.According to the class,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 58 and 55 students.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode and the observation group was given the"sandwich"teaching mode.Results The theoretical knowledge,medical history collection,physical examination and other examinations,treatment plan,case analysis,operation skills and total scores of the observation group of cardiovascular students were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group of cardiovascular students of the stimulate learning interest,independent learning ability,information acquisition ability,clinical operation skills,analysis and problem solving,data collection ability,theory and clinical practice combination ability,clinical thinking ability,communication ability,summarizing ability and total score were higher than the control group obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"sandwich"teaching method used in the clinical probation teaching of cardiovascular internal medicine can improve the teaching effect and improve the students'independent learning,clinical thinking and practical ability.
