目的探索PDCA循环在住院医师规范化培训结业考核中的应用价值,提升住培管理的质量。方法运用PDCA循环这一质量管理工具分析该院参加住院医师规范化培训结业考核通过率不高的问题,查找出原因,确定预期目标,制定质量改进计划,实施包括从培训、学习、督导、考核等方面的改进方案。然后检查结果,定期总结分析和标准化处理。未解决的问题随即纳人下一个PDCA循环,如此循环。结果实施PDCA循环管理两年以来,住院医师规范化培训结业考核通过率逐年升高:从2016年71.43%到2017年81.58%,2018年提高到96.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论PDCA循环是持续改进住院医师规范化培训结业考核通过率的有效方法。

Objective To explore the application value of PDCA cycle in standardized training and completion assessment of residents,and to improve the quality of residential training management.Methods Use PDCA cycle,a quality manage ment tool,to analyze the low passing rate of the hospital's standardized resident training,find out the reasons,determine the expected goals,and formulate quality improvement plans.The implementation includes improvement programs in terms of training,learning,supervision,and assessment.Then check the results,regularly summarize analysis and standardize pro cessing.Unresolved problems are then included in the next PDCA cycle,and so on.Results Since the implementation of PDCA cycle management for two years,the passing rate of standardized training of residents has increased year by year:from 71.43%in 2016 to 81.58%in 2017,and to 96.67%in 2018,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The PDCA cycle is an effective method to continuously improve the pass rate of standardized training for residents.
