摘要
公立医院绩效考核的改革,是一个不断探索、不断实践、不断总结的过程。它是与医改制度相配套的制度改革,是现代化医院管理工作中的重要组成部分,以提升医院管理水平为核心,运用绩效工资制模式,实现医院的战略部署,创建医院公平竞争的运行机制,使医院的经营目标由原先的利润导向转变为更切合人民利益、国家需要的方向。
The reform of performance appraisal in public hospitals is a process of continuous exploration,continuous practice,and continuous summary.It is a system reform that complements the medical reform system and is an important part of modern hospital management.It takes the improvement of hospital management as the core,uses the performance-based salary system model,realizes the strategic deployment of hospitals,and creates a fair competition operating mechanism for hospitals.Make the hospital's business objectives change from the original profit-oriented direction to a direction more in line with the interests of the people and the needs of the country.
