自主导向学习法在头颈外科临床护理带教中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Autonomous-oriented Learning Method in Clinical Nursing Teaching in Head and Neck Surgery

目的探究自主导向学习法在头颈外科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年6月于该院头颈外科实习的50名护理实习生,按照随机数字表法分成参照组和实验组,各25名。参照组实施传统教学法教学,实验组实施自主导向学习法教学。比较两组护生考核成绩、自主学习能力和教学满意度。结果实验组理论知识(25.88±3.27)分、操作技能(56.23±2.96)分及总考核成绩(89.11±8.26)分均高于参照组(P<0.05),实验组自主学习能力中自我管理能力(35.29±4.13)分、信息能力(36.99±5.35)分、合作能力(16.67±3.13)分和总成绩(88.95±7.30)分均高于参照组(P<0.05),实验组实习护生教学满意度96.00%显著高于参照组64.00%(P<0.05)。结论头颈外科护生临床护理带教中实施自主导向学习法教学可有效提高护生学习成绩、自主学习能力和教学满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of self-directed learning method in clinical nursing teaching of head and neck surgery.Methods Selected 50 nursing interns who had practiced in head and neck surgery in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 and divided them into a reference group and an experimental group according to the random number table method,with 25 in each group.The reference group implemented the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group implemented the self-directed learning method.The assessment results,independent learning ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results The experimental group's theoretical knowledge(25.88±3.27)points,operating skills(56.23±2.96)points and total assessment scores(89.11±8.26)points were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The experimental group's self-management ability in autonomous learning scores of ability(35.29±4.13)points,information ability(36.99±5.35)points,cooperation ability(16.67±3.13)points and total score(88.95±7.30)points were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Teaching satisfaction 96.00%was significantly higher than 64.00%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of self-directed learning method inclinical nursing teaching of head and neck surgery nursing students can effectively improve the learning performance,self-learning ability and teaching satisfaction of nursing students.
